In this very interactive 2x2-hour workshop, participants will explore approaches to advancing their mentoring practice. Drs. Anne Levy and Marjorie Oettinger will facilitate learning through case studies, drawing on the evidence-based resources of CIMER (Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research), through which both facilitators have been trained.
